Shipping and Ordering Information
How do I Order?
You can place you order online, directly from this website. It's the quickest and easiest way to order.
If you have any questions call me or hit the 'help' button on the upper right hand side of the screen and I'd be happy to be of assistance or leave a message and I'll get back to you.
Just follow these simple steps to place your order.
1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click 'Buy This'
2. When you're finished shopping, click 'Checkout' on the mid- bottom right hand side of your screen.
3. You'll be asked to register, so you can connect to our secure server.
4. Fill out your check out information, including your shipping address and credit card information, If you've order before, most of this information will be filled for you. Then click 'Continue with Secure Checkout'
5. A page will display that will show all of your order information for your final approval. This will include the $10 shipping cost. Review, then click 'Process this Order' and you're done!
Paypal will send you an order confirmation via email. An account is created for you when you place your first order so you won't have to enter all this information again when you place your next order.
What are your shipping costs?
I use Canada Post to ship all my products within Canada and the United States from my Vancouver, BC location. Shipping rates to Canada are a flat rate of $10.00 and $20.00 to the USA.
Can I return an item?
I'm confident you'll love the products, but if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let me know within 30 days. I will promptly replace the item or give you a full refund {excluding shipping costs}.

How long does it take to receive a shipment?
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimations are based on the time given to me by Canada Post Services. I cannot make any guarantees on accuracy, but I'll be sure to contact you with any status updates if there is a delay in your delivery. You will receive an email once your package ships with a tracking number. Keep track of this number for reference until you receive your order.
Do you have an order limit?
No way! You can order as much or as little as you like.
Can I order by phone?
At this time orders can only be placed online with a credit card. I use Paypal to process all of my invoices, but you do not need a Paypal account to use it.
What are your business hours?
Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience. Shop while enjoying your morning coffee or at 11p in the evening, whatever works for you.
Will you ship internationally?
Sure. Shipping costs will be assessed at the time of delivery and calculated according to the destination and shipping method preferred. I will contact you to make arrangements.

Can I place an order and ship it to someone else?
Absolutely! I love when you share the Belmondo goodness with your friends and family. When checking out, you'll be asked for a shipping address where you can fill in the address details of the gift receiver. If you're sending this as a gift, indicate on the 'special instructions' box do not include the invoice. I can send it as a gift in a gift box with a gift label. Include any special instructions and what you'd like written on the gift label and I'll customize it for you on your behalf!
Purchasing Information
Is it safe to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
Yes, this website is protected with protection/privacy features. I do not keep any credit card numbers in my data base and never share your information with anyone else. Your transactions are secure. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery Cards and Paypal are all accepted. Your credit card information remains secure at all times durning transactions.
Can I get a catalog?
At this time, I've decided not to offer a printed catalog for the purpose of saving paper. However, my website features are complete with product information, including usage and complete ingredient listing. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to use the help button on the upper right hand side on the 'home' page. If I'm not available to answer your question right away, leave a message and I'll get back to you promptly.
Product Information
Where are your products manufactured?
All of my products are handmade in small batches in Vancouver, British Columbia. We package, label and ship everything from our Vancouver location.
Do you offer a recycling program?
Not at this time. I encourage you to recycle or reuse all of your glass jars and bottles when you're done with your products. Some make pretty flower holders ;)
Do you offer samples of your products?
The travel pack is a great way to sample a variety of products. This kit features 5 products and they usually last about 1-2 weeks - the concentrated formulas go a long way, so you only need a small amount. And they're a perfect companion for traveling. The travel kit is $64.95 and comes with a eco-friendly handmade pouch.
Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
Yes, simply subscribe to the email newsletter on the top of the home page just next to : Get practical ways to restore your skin's natural beauty and you will receive an email when I launch a new product or a special promotion and/or exciting news.
Where can I find a store near me that carries your products?
At the moment you can currently purchase all of the products from the Belmondo online shopping site. I'm working with some potential retailers across Canada and the US. I want to make sure I find compatible retail locations for my products and work with people who have a similar philosophy and vision. What are you doing to reduce your environmental footprint?
Glass bottles and jars are used and there is no unnecessary boxes and excess paper packaging. And you can reuse the bottles and jars for your product once you need a refill or use them for your own needs. Plus they look pretty.
I use organic and fair trade ingredients and work with suppliers who follow the same standards.
What wholesale opportunities are available at this time?
I'm always looking for ways to grow my business and partnering with retailers to carry the belmondo skin care line. Ingredient Information
How long do the products stay fresh?
To ensure freshness, it is best to use the products within 6-12 months of receiving them. Products will keep best if kept in a cool dry place and do not need to be refrigerated. Because the products are handmade with natural ingredients and without added chemicals, it's important to keep water and bacteria out of them for extended shelf life. Use a small spatula for your products that don't have a pump or wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Do your products contain alcohol?
No, never. I stay away from any synthetic alcohol in my product formulas, which are derived from petroleum and mineral oil sources. They're very drying, toxic and for the most part harmful to the skin.
Do your products contain sunscreen?
I don't make a sunscreen at this time.
Are your products safe for children and pregnant woman?
All of the products in the Belmondo Organic Skin Care Line are plant based, synthetic and chemical free and are safe to use on children and pregnant woman.
How are your products scented?
Belmondo uses only organic herbs, wildcrafted plants and essential oils to scent all of the products.
Where can I find a full list of ingredients?
Each product has it own detailed list of Ingredients on the website. These can be found under each product in the shop section of the website. The full listing of ingredients is also located on each product label on the bottles and jars. If you have any specific question about a particular ingredient, feel free to email me.
Do you test on animals?
I test my products on willing two-legged friends, never on animals. Nor, do I work with any companies or suppliers who do. Thanks to friends and relatives who gladly volunteer to test out new products. There is always an abundance of happy peeps willing to test and sample the products!
